Wie ich erst heute festgestellt habe hat KB2984972 (Update for RDC 7.1 to support restricted administration logons on Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2 (!!!!)) vom Oktober Patchday nicht nur neue Features gebracht sondern so nebenbei auf manchen App-V Clients jeglichen Start einer App-V Application unmöglich gemacht.
